  1. Switch to Mobile Data Temporarily
    Turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data to check if the streaming issue persists. If the stream stabilizes, the problem may be with your Wi-Fi connection.
  2. Check Your Device’s OS Version
    • iOS: Go to SettingsGeneralSoftware Update and ensure you have the latest iOS version.
    • Android: Go to SettingsSystemSystem Update (or About PhoneSoftware Update) and confirm you're running the latest Android version.
  3. Update the LiSTNR App
    Ensure that you have the latest version of the LiSTNR app installed. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.
    • iOS: App Store › Your Profile › Update LiSTNR (if available)
    • Android: Google Play Store › My Apps & Games › Update LiSTNR (if available)


Additional Steps for iOS:

  • Turn Off Low Data Mode: Go to SettingsMobile DataLiSTNR, then disable Low Data Mode.
  • Turn Off Low Power Mode: Go to SettingsBattery and toggle Low Power Mode to Off.
  • Enable Background App Refresh: Go to SettingsGeneralBackground App Refresh, then toggle LiSTNR to On.


Additional Steps for Android:

  • Clear App Cache: Go to SettingsAppsLiSTNRStorageClear Cache.
  • Adjust Battery Optimization Settings:

Uninstall and Reinstall LiSTNR

If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall LiSTNR:

  • iOS: Delete the app and reinstall from the App Store.
  • Android: Uninstall and reinstall from the Google Play Store.
