WIN is a page that lets you discover and enter competitions from your favourite station or show. It also highlights competitions that are relevant to you based on your location.
Where can I find WIN?
- Desktop & App: In your For you tab, scroll down to the bottom and it’ll be under Win.
- Desktop: Click on the WIN section in the left-hand navigation menu.
- App: Go to Your Library and select the WIN section.
How are competitions selected for me?
Competitions are tailored based on your location and the stations or shows you follow. This ensures you only see competitions that are available and relevant to you.
Why can’t I see competitions from my local station?
Make sure your postcode is correct in your profile. If your postcode is missing or incorrect, you may not see competitions that are available in your area.
How do I update my postcode?
Go to your profile or settings section and update your postcode to ensure you’re seeing the most relevant competitions.
Are all competitions available everywhere?
No. Many competitions are location-based, so availability depends on your postcode and local stations.
What should I do if I’m having trouble accessing competitions?
- Check that your postcode is correct
- Make sure you are logged in
