Playback is our heartfelt year in review, created to recognise the moments, milestones, and memories you’ve made with us. From your most‑loved titles to the minutes that turned into hours of great listening.
Each person’s journey is unique, and your listening tells its own story. That’s why many listeners will also receive a special Playback personality, a fun reflection of the way they tune in.
This is our second year of Playback, and we’ve elevated everything! The experience, the insights, and the way we honour your listening highlights. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our world, one listen at a time.
When do we get our Playback?
On our birthday, mid February.
Why didn’t I get a Playback?
We want everyone to be part of Playback, and it’s important to us that each story we share truly reflects a meaningful listening journey. To create your personalised recap, we need at least 2 hours of listening between February last year and February this year.
If you didn’t reach that this time, no worries, there’s always next year, and we’d love to celebrate your listening then.
How do I find it?
There are a few easy ways to get to it:

If you’re subscribed to Marketing emails, you’ll receive an email with your Playback link.
Not subscribed? You can update this anytime in your Account Settings. - LiSTNR App
You’ll get an in‑app message with your Playback link, and you may also see a Playback button in your For You tab. - LiSTNR Web
Some listeners will also see a Playback button in their For You tab on the website: play.listnr.com
